Suffrage Block Party

The Suffrage Block Party was a week-long virtual festival celebrating the 100th anniversary of women voting in Indiana. It took place from Aug. 29-Sept. 4, 2020. Selected talks, presentations and more from the Block Party can be found below.

The Suffrage Block Party was presented by the Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commission, Indiana Historical Society, Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, Indiana Humanities, Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites and Indiana Statehouse Tour Office. With program support from Center on Representative Government at Indiana University, Hammond Public Library, Harrison Center for the Arts, Indiana Historical Bureau, Indiana State Library, League of Women Voters of Indianapolis and The Propylaeum.
