Community Celebration, 100th Anniversary, League of Women Voters of the South Bend Area

Featured speaker is Christina Wolbrecht, political science professor at the University of Notre Dame and director the Rooney Center for the Study of American Democracy.  Wolbrecht is author of “A Century of Votes for Women,” to be released sometime between December 2019 and February 2020.
